HOW TO BOOK A TREATMENT
In order for us to fulfil our commitment to provide you with quality treatment sessions we need to implement the following terms and conditions. By booking a treatment session you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of Whole Health Matters.
As a client I expect you to wear clean, comfortable clothes.
To secure your session, you will be asked to pay a deposit of £20.00, this ensures that if you have to cancel at short notice you will not have to pay my cancellation fee.
Fees and deposits my be paid by:
Cheque made payable to Sally Tyler.
Credit/Debit cards accepted, (only at The Zen Zone) a fee of £1.50 is charged.
Direct bank transfer. Please either email us to request bank details or you find them on the enrolment form.
In special circumstances fees may also be paid in monthly instalments by standing order and paid in full before the beginning of the treatment session.
CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If a session is cancelled before 48 hours notice, all deposits will be lost as fees are non transferable nor refundable. If you have to cancel, try and find someone else to take your session, ensure they are willing to pay though!!
CANCELLATION BY US
I will do my best not cancel at short/long notice, but life happens and these things happen. We will book you in as soon as we can.
